This five-star condotel and public retail space is located in the heart of Vung Tau city, Vietnam. The concept is based on the idea of placing its different block units around a park in a green courtyard. The park, gifted with tropical vegetation, is the heart of the scheme, and creates an unique experience for all the surrounding residential units.

The complex has sky green gardens at different levels, and provides leisure facilities such as a swimming pool, a clubhouse and play rooms.
