Nestled in the hills adjacent to the southern shores of Hong Kong, this residential complex is located among one of the city’s most prestigious housing areas. The Golf Club, beach and mountains are all within close distance. The challenge was to create residential units with functional internal layouts, based on innovative ideas that could enhance comfort of living and privacy. The project successfully strived to create a warmness and homey feel, fulfilling the residents’ requirements beyond all their past experiences.
