This large, mixed-use master-plan resort includes apartments, shops, restaurants and a new marina. Designed in tune with Moroccan culture, history and traditions, it created a new district with lively economic dynamics. It allowed meeting a significant request for residential, commercial, tourist and leisure spaces, despite the multiple urban and environmental constraints to which the site was subject. Green design and pedestrian dimensions were pivotal to the project, which allocated more than 8,000 m² to green spaces.
