Paseo de Gracia Loft

Located in the historical center of Barcelona, this project had the ambition to use, conserve and respect all the protected elements of both the unit and the building in which it is situated.

The proposal required a new structural solution to secure the vaulted ceiling, as well as the creation of flexible and large spaces fitting the requested design. The renovation included large movable walls, the optimization of fixed elements and the partition of existing volumes to ensure full flexibility in all the apartment’s spaces.
