Located on the top of the Kowloon Hills in Hong Kong, and enjoying strict views of the HK island, this apartment’s renovation involved the total demolition of the previous three-bedroom layout.

A single master bedroom is connected in an open space with a walking wardrobe, master bathroom and studio has been part of the new arrangement.

All the spaces were carefully planned and designed to maximize the views and natural lighting. The volumes were articulated and distributed after a study that allowed simple and functional circulation schemes.
